VINIFICATION, ELEVAGE :<\/h3>\n

Our Ch\u00e2teauneuf du Pape Cuv\u00e9e de mon A\u00efeul is produced
\nin the traditional way, we carry out plot selections, the vines are
\nbetween 85 and 110 years old. The grapes are harvested
\nmanually and not destemmed. The vatting is followed by
\nthermoregulation and lasts between 30 to 45 days. The
\nwines are aged in \u00bd muids barrels and concrete tank over
\na period of 12 months then bottled in spring.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

TASTING :<\/h3>\n

balance and finesse in our Cuv\u00e9e de mon A\u00efeul. It is a pure and
\nconcentrated wine, with aromas of black fruits, liquorice and
\nspice with silky, coated tannins. Very good aging potential
\nwith high acidity. A powerful wine of great elegance.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
