VINIFICATION, ELEVAGE :<\/h3>\n

Our Ch\u00e2teauneuf-du-Pape Premi\u00e8re Pierre Rouge
\nis produced in the traditional manner, with vines
\nranging from 35 to 75 years old. The grapes are
\nharvested manually and 60% destemmed. The
\nfermentation is monitored by temperature control and
\nlasts between 25 and 35 days.
\nThe wines are aged in oak barrels, \u00bd muids,
\nconcrete vats and barriques for a period of 12 months
\nthen bottled in spring.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

TASTING :<\/h3>\n

Balance and finesse characterize our
\nCh\u00e2teauneuf-du-Pape Premi\u00e8re Pierre 2022. It
\nexudes aromas of black fruits, raspberry, cherry,
\nspices, and pepper. The tannins are silky, the Premi\u00e8re
\nPierre 2022 is rich and persistent on the finish. Good
\naging potential with a moderate alcohol content.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
