SOIL TYPE :<\/h3>\n

We work on a plot of 21 ares located in the heart of the
\nCh\u00e2teauneuf du Pape appellation. We have
\ncreated a Collection of the different grape varieties used in our appellation.
\nThis diversity allows us to obtain an atypical wine that
\nwill arouse your curiosity.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Grenache, Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris, Syrah,
\nMourv\u00e8dre, Cinsault, Counoise, Muscardin,

\nRose, Picpoul Noir, Picpoul Blanc, Picpoul Gris,
\nRoussanne, Bourboulenc, Picardan. At 5.5%

VINIFICATION, ELEVAGE :<\/h3>\n

Our Ch\u00e2teauneuf-du-Pape CLOS Pierre
\nUsseglio is produced in the traditional way by cofermentation
\nbetween red, white and gray
\ngrape varieties. The
\ngrapes are harvested manually,
\ndestemmed 100%. Fermentation is
\nmonitored by thermoregulation and lasts
\nbetween 20 to 30 days. The wine is aged in
\namphore over a period of 12 months and then bottled.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

TASTING :<\/h3>\n

Brings balance and finesse to our Ch\u00e2teauneuf du-
\nPape CLOS Pierre Usseglio N\u00b018 2021. It
\nexhales aromas of fresh fruit, strawberry, cherry
\nand white flowers with pretty, silky tannins. ,
\ngreedy. Its finish is long and unctuous.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
